Change-of-mind returns
For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, is defective or is not the item you ordered, please contact us with the order number and a description of the issue. The ordinary requirement for an unused item and intact original packaging does not prevent us from reviewing these claims. We will review the issue with you and arrange the appropriate return and refund handling.

Who pays return shipping
We pay return shipping when the return is due to our error, an incorrect item, damage or a defect. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping.
