Prices are displayed in USD. Product pages describe the tool, finish, dimensions and included accessories for the selected item. Screen settings can affect the appearance of colors. Review the selected product and your cart before submitting payment. We do not claim certifications or performance guarantees that are not stated on the product page.
Payment authorization
When you submit a payment through an available payment method, you authorize the processing of the amount shown in the final checkout summary. A payment submission alone does not establish that payment has completed or that an order has been accepted.
Order acceptance
An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance. Please rely on the actual payment and order confirmation provided for your transaction. If you have a question about a submission or need to request a change, contact us so the status can be reviewed.
Shipping and tax
Delivery is limited to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Standard delivery is free. Handling is 1–2 business days and transit is estimated at 3–4 business days after dispatch. Refer to our Shipping Policy for cutoff and business-day calculations. The checkout tax line is $0.00; this is not a statement of legal tax exemption.
Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receipt under our Return & Refund Policy. That policy describes ordinary return conditions, problem items, shipping responsibility, authorization and refunds within 10 calendar days after approval.
Using the tools
Follow the product care and use instructions. These are manual tools intended for natural lashes. Check the contact pad before each use and stop using a damaged tool. Product information does not constitute a promise of a specific cosmetic result.
